Refund Policy

Returns:

We want you to have a seamless shopping experience at Faycouture, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please take note of our return policy:

1. Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

– It must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
– It should include all original tags and must be in its original packaging.
– You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@faycouture.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Sale Items:

We regret that we cannot accept returns on SALE items. All sales of discounted items are final.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@faycouture.com for further assistance.

Return of Orders:

Faycouture will issue a refund for an order only if it is returned to our facility. If an order is not shipped back to us due to customs-related issues or any other reasons, we cannot process a refund.
